Setup
Lie flat on your back on a yoga mat with your knees bent and feet planted hip-width apart.
Extend your arms out to your sides, palms pressed into the floor for stability.
Lift your toes and the balls of your feet off the floor, so only your heels remain in contact with the mat.
Movement
Inhale and engage your core, pressing firmly through your heels to drive your hips upward towards the ceiling.
Squeeze your glutes at the top of the movement, ensuring your body forms a straight line from your shoulders to your knees.
Avoid overextending your lower back; focus on keeping the movement isolated to your glute muscles.
