How to do the Yoga-Block Butt Table-Top Sweep
Setup
Place two yoga blocks on your mat side-by-side, spaced roughly hip-width apart. Sit between the blocks with your legs bent and feet flat on the floor, hands firmly planted on the blocks.
Movement
Lift: Press through your palms and lift your hips off the floor into a Tabletop position, keeping your knees bent and your core engaged.
Sweep: Lower your hips and glide them back between your arms, extending your legs straight out in front of you into a Seated L-Sit position. Keep your hips as close to the ground as possible during the sweep without fully resting your weight on the floor.
Transition: Return your feet to the starting position and repeat the sequence, continuously sweeping back and forth between the Tabletop and the Seated L-Sit.
