How to do the V Crunch
Setup
Lie flat on your back on a mat with your legs extended straight and arms stretched overhead on the floor.
Movement
Simultaneously lift your upper body off the floor and raise your legs, reaching your hands toward your feet as if forming a 'V' shape with your body.
Exhale as you crunch upward, focusing on engaging your core to pull your shoulders and legs towards each other.
Keep your legs as straight as possible throughout the movement.
Slowly and with control, lower your torso and legs back down to the starting position, maintaining tension in your abdominals without completely relaxing.
Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
