How to do the Typewriter Cossack Squat
Setup
Start in a wide stance, significantly wider than shoulder-width, with your feet pointed slightly outward.
Clasp your hands together in front of your chest for balance.
Movement
Shift your weight entirely to one side, bending that knee while keeping the other leg fully extended.
Ensure the heel of the bent leg stays firmly planted on the floor.
Keep your chest up and your back flat throughout the movement.
Without rising back to the center, transition your weight across to the other side by shifting your hips in a low, controlled movement (resembling the motion of a typewriter carriage).
Continue shifting from side to side in this low position.
