How to do the TRX Lat Stretch
Stand facing the suspension anchor point, holding the handles with an overhand grip and your arms fully extended.
Take a few steps back to keep tension on the straps, and hinge forward at your hips while keeping your knees slightly soft.
Allow your chest to drop toward the floor and your arms to reach overhead, feeling a deep stretch along your lats and shoulders.
Breathe deeply and hold this stretched position for the recommended duration without rounding your lower back excessively.
Slowly press down into the handles and use your core strength to return to the upright starting position.
