How to do the Towel Slam
Setup
Standing with feet shoulder-width apart, hold a folded towel firmly in both hands.
Movement
Reach your arms directly overhead, fully extending your body while keeping your core braced.
In an explosive fluid motion, hinge at your hips while slamming the towel forcefully down towards the floor between or slightly outside your feet.
Your knees should follow the hinge; engage your lats and abdominals to power the downward motion.
Ensure you do not arch your lower back during the overhead phase.
Return to the starting standing position and repeat the cycle.
