How to do the Sprinter Crunch
Starting Position
Lie flat on your back on a mat with your legs extended straight out and your arms down by your sides.
Movement
Use your abdominal muscles to lift your upper body off the floor, bringing your torso toward your knees.
Simultaneously, bend one knee toward your chest while pushing forward with the corresponding arm in a running motion.
Return to the starting position with legs extended and arms down, then immediately repeat the motion on the opposite side.
Keep your core engaged throughout the movement to stabilize your body and prevent lower back strain.
Continue alternating sides in a rhythmic, fluid performance for the duration of the set.
