Movement
From the starting position, initiate a sit-up motion while simultaneously lifting one leg.
As you rise to a seated position, extend the chosen leg forward in a kicking motion.
Briefly pause at the top of the movement, focusing on deep abdominal engagement.
Return to the starting position with control, keeping your core tight and avoiding a sudden drop.
Transition immediately to the other side, alternating the kicking leg with each repetition.
