How to do the Resistance-Band Rotary Pull
Anchor a resistance band at chest height to a sturdy post and stand sideways to the anchor point with feet shoulder-width apart.
Grab the handle with both hands, extend your arms forward, and take a step away to create tension in the band.
Keep your hips and lower body stable as you exhale and rotate your torso away from the anchor point.
Squeeze your core at the end of the rotation, holding briefly while keeping your arms straight.
Inhale as you slowly control the return back to the starting position without letting the band pull you too fast.
