How to do the Lever Negative Front
Grab the pull-up bar with an overhand grip and lift your body up into an inverted hang position with straight arms.
Engage your core and back muscles tightly while keeping your body completely straight.
Slowly lower your entire body down in a controlled motion, fighting gravity as you move toward a horizontal front lever position.
Keep your arms locked straight and your legs extended throughout the entire descent.
Once you reach the bottom or can no longer hold the position, release safely and reset for the next repetition.
