Sit on the floor with your legs extended straight out in front of you and place your hands flat on the floor beside your hips.
Press firmly into your palms, engage your core, and lift your hips and legs slightly off the floor.
Keeping your legs completely straight, slowly raise both legs upward as high as your flexibility and core strength allow.
Pause briefly at the top of the movement, maintaining an upright posture without leaning too far back.
