Kettlebell Single-Arm Clean to Reverse Lunge
Do 5 clean-to-reverse-lunge combinations on the same side. Each rep is one clean into the front rack followed by one reverse lunge, then a return to standing. Keep the wrist neutral, step back with control and drive through the front foot. Lower the bell to begin the next clean. After the first side, repeat snatch → swing → deadlift → clean-to-reverse-lunge on the other side. After BOTH sides, rest 45–75 seconds; the template timer is set to 60 seconds.
