Keep your chest lifted and engage your core to maintain balance.
Movement Instructions:
Lower your body into a squat position on the standing leg by bending your knee while keeping the extended leg lifted.
Go down as low as you comfortably can, aiming to keep your weight distributed over the standing leg.
Once you are in a low squat, generate power through your standing leg.
Push through your heel and explode upward, using your standing leg to jump onto the box.
As you jump, bring your extended leg up and forward, keeping it straight as you land softly on the box.
Stand fully upright on the box, ensuring both feet are secured on the surface.
Carefully step back down to the starting position with both feet before repeating the exercise.
Tips for Beginners:
Start with a lower box to build strength and confidence.
