How to do the Drop Hollow Hold Leg
Setup
Lie flat on your back on a mat.
Extend your arms straight overhead and legs straight out.
Engage your core to press your lower back firmly into the floor.
Movement
Start: With your lower back pressed down, lift both legs and your upper back slightly off the ground, keeping your body in a shallow 'hollow' curve.
Execution: While keeping the core completely rigid and low back against the mat, slowly lift your legs toward the ceiling until they are perpendicular to the floor.
Return: Slowly lower your legs back down to the starting hollow hold position without letting your lower back arch or leave the floor.
Maintain: Keep your core engaged throughout the entire movement; do not let your back leave the mat at any point.
