How to do the Double-Leg Elevated Lift
Setup
Place a yoga block firmly on the ground. Begin by sitting on the block with your legs extended in front of you. Place your hands on the floor beside your hips for stability, keeping your chest upright and core engaged.
Movement
From the seated position, exhale and brace your core tightly.
Simultaneously lift both legs off the ground while keeping them straight, bringing them up toward a V-shape or L-sit position.
Hold the peak contraction for a brief moment, ensuring your back remains straight and does not round.
Inhale and slowly lower your legs back down to the starting position without letting them fully rest on the floor if you want to maintain constant tension.
Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
