How to do the Crunch to Froggy
Starting Position
Lie flat on your back on a mat, with your hands placed gently behind your head to support your neck. Bend your knees and bring your legs up so that your thighs are perpendicular to the floor, and open your knees out to the sides, touching the soles of your feet together, forming a diamond shape with your legs.
Movement
Engaging your core, lift your shoulder blades off the floor, performing a crunch while maintaining the diamond shape with your legs.
Exhale as you lift, focusing on the contraction of your abdominal muscles.
Hold the crunch at the top for a brief moment, ensuring your back remains pressed into the floor.
Inhale as you slowly descend, returning your shoulder blades to the mat without fully relaxing your midsection.
Keep your neck relaxed and avoid pulling on your head during the movement.
