Setup
Place a resistance band around your legs, just above your knees. Stand with your feet hip-width apart and knees slightly bent, maintaining a shallow squat position throughout the movement.
Movement
Take a wide step to the side with one foot, keeping tension on the resistance band.
Bring your other foot to meet the first, returning to the hip-width stance.
As you land in that position, hinge at your hips to tap the floor with the hand opposite your movement direction.
Maintain a flat back and core braced throughout the squat and reach.
Immediately shift and step in the opposite direction.
Continue alternating sides with the floor tap at each stop.
