How to do the Loop-Band Lat Pulldown
Secure your resistance band to a high anchor point and sit facing the anchor on a stable box or chair with an upright posture.
Grasp the band handles with an underhand, palms-up grip and extend your arms fully overhead with a slight forward lean from the hips.
Exhale as you pull the handles down toward your upper chest, driving your elbows down and back while squeezing your shoulder blades together.
Pause briefly at the bottom of the movement to feel the contraction in your lats and mid-back.
Inhale as you slowly control the resistance and allow your arms to return to the fully extended overhead starting position.
