How to do the Ankle Pedal
Setup
Standing tall with your feet shoulder-width apart, ensure you are in a comfortable position. You may place your hands on your hips for balance or hold onto a wall for extra stability if needed.
Movement
Lift: Rise onto the ball of your right foot, lifting your right heel as high as you comfortably can while keeping the left foot flat on the floor.
Lower/Switch: As you lower your right heel back to the starting position, immediately lift the left heel, rising onto the ball of your left foot.
Repeat: Continue the alternating motion, mimicking a pedaling rhythm. Keep your core engaged throughout the movement to maintain stability and avoid excessive swaying of the torso.
